"What we are doing to the forests of the world is a mirror reflection of what we are doing to ourselves and one another.” The main objective of conducting a virtual trip to different forest types for the students is to reinforce experiential learning. This trip allowed the students to observe a particular environment that gave them firsthand experience of what they have learned. In addition, students achieve a higher level of critical thinking when they evaluate their learning and express their understanding through the presentation. All the students were excited and gave their best while explaining the chosen forest. In the end, beautiful messages were given by their students that we all depend on the forest for so many things, from the air we breathe to the wood we use. So it is our duty to save our environment by preserving our forest.

"ऊर्जा बचाओ, प्रकृति को स्वच्छ बनाओ" To explore and celebrate the power of renewable sources of energy Akshay Urja Diwas was organized for the students of Presidium virtually. Akshay Urja Diwas is an awareness campaign about the development of renewable energy in India, celebrated on August'20, every year since 2004. The day commemorates the birthday of the former Prime Minister, Rajeev Gandhi. A special assembly was organized, wherein students of grade 4 & 5 participated with great enthusiasm in poster making, sharing slogans, significance, and thoughts. A small video was shown for a better understanding. This day gave our young learners a different approach towards the benefits of renewable energy sources, its concept, and the application. It also helped to understand the importance of Akshay Urja for the future development of our country.

Independence Day was celebrated with unprecedented patriotic fervour at Presidium. To commemorate the sovereignty of our nation, our distinguished Honourable Chief Guest Mrs. Sudha Gupta unfurled the tricolor flag, and in unison, everyone sang the National Anthem and expressed the joy of our freedom. The festival commenced with a musical note as the choir group played a note that reverberated patriotism. Inspiring speeches on the significance of occasion and role of freedom fighters played by our young Presidians won everyone's heart. Students presented an act that reminded us about the sacrifices made by our soldiers, and awakened everyone's feelings towards our Motherland. The power and energy exhibited by youngsters showed their commitment and dedication assured of a brighter future ahead.

"Arise, Awake, and stop not until the goal is achieved." Skill development is the primary means of enabling young people to make a smooth transition to work. The goal is to achieve better social-economic conditions for today's youth, addressing society's challenges. International youth day was celebrated with great enthusiasm by Presidians. The celebration started with an activity of poster making & slogan writing, in which children expressed their feelings and shared their thoughts. The students learned and were motivated to maintain their youthful spirit always. In the end, students were given the message that - " Life starts when you start believing in yourself. So before anything else, start believing in yourself, and the world will believe you."

"May Lord Krishna's flute invite the melody of love in everyone's life." The auspicious day of Krishna Janmashtami is celebrated in August or September every year to worship Bal Krishna. Krishna Janmashtami is one festival that sees a lot of participation from little kids! Kids love the beautiful idols of Lord Krishna, and they are often curious to learn about Janmashtami celebrations. Presidium teachers organized a virtual Art & Craft class. Students learned how to make flute by using newspapers, colorful papers, feathers, and ribbons full of enthusiasm & showcased their creativity.

Our young Presidians of grade 1 were introduced to one of the fun learning activities, What am I? In this activity, students gave some clues to guess what am I ? and asked another child to guess. Not only are guess games fun for students, but they are also a sneaky form of learning. Students practiced existing knowledge while stimulating interest in learning about English vocabulary. The enthusiasm of the students and the involvement of the teacher was worth witnessing. This activity helped students to develop complex problem-solving skills, leadership skills, and the ability to deal better with unexpected consequences. This activity enhanced student's skills of observation, intuitive knowledge, and honed their alertness and concentration.

"One of the best ways to stimulate young minds is to engage them in some brainstorming sessions." Keeping this in mind, Presidians of Grade 2 and 3 participated in a fun-filled activity wherein students solved Riddles and cracked jokes. Presidians not only had loads of fun in solving riddles and sharing jokes, but they also learned various new skills like problem-solving and critical thinking at a young age, which are crucial skills to have in life. It makes them think creatively. Such activities bridge the gap between parents and children; moreover, it strengthens bonds with their classmates and enhances vocabulary. Overall the objective was achieved as laughter and humour are vital for intellectual development.
